Terms and Conditions of SINGLE ENTRY ACCESS Valid from 1 July 2026
By booking access to AquaPark, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You confirm that all personal and payment details provided during the booking process are accurate and valid.
- You understand the type of access or booking you have selected.
- You confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in aquatic or fitness activities at AquaPark.
- You agree to follow all AquaPark rules, hygiene standards, and conduct guidelines while using the facility.
- Access purchased or booked is for your personal use only and may not be transferred to another person.
- Access is valid only for the single visit specified in your booking.
- Once payment is processed, you will receive a QR code granting entry to the facility.
- QR codes are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time booked.
5. Use of Facilities at Own Risk
- Participation in swimming, training, fitness programmes, or the use of any AquaPark facilities and equipment is undertaken at your own risk.
- AquaPark, its staff, agents, and partners will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur while using the facilities.
- AquaPark will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and welfare of all visitors.
- In the event of injury, you will be responsible for any medical or hospital costs incurred.
6. Emergency Medical Treatment
- In the event of an emergency, you give permission for AquaPark staff to arrange medical treatment or transport you to a doctor or hospital if necessary.
- AquaPark will make reasonable efforts to keep facilities available and properly maintained.
AquaPark reserves the right to:
– Close facilities temporarily
– Adjust operating hours
– Modify schedules or access times. - Where possible, advance notice will be provided for closures or schedule changes.
- Lane space is subject to demand and may be shared with other swimmers.
- Peak times may be busy.
- Lane availability and schedules may be adjusted at AquaPark’s discretion.
- Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings while at AquaPark.
- AquaPark will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or unattended items.
- AquaPark will not be held responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, war, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
- These terms and conditions constitute the full agreement governing access to AquaPark facilities.
Terms and Conditions of STANDARD PUBLIC Membership Valid from 1 July 2026.
These are stated in full when signing up to membership on the booking site but please take note of the summary below:
- You confirm that all personal and payment details provided during sign up are accurate and valid.
- You understand the type of membership you have selected.
- You confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in aquatic or fitness activities at AquaPark and take full responsibility for your own physical fitness.
- You agree to follow all AquaPark rules, regulations, hygiene standards, and conduct guidelines when using the facility.
- Membership is issued for your personal use only and may not be transferred to another person.
- Monthly Membership access is valid until 30 April 2027.
- Annual Membership access is valid until the end of the 12 month period that has been paid for.
- Prior to the end date, AquaPark will contact members to discuss membership renewal options.
- Membership fees must be paid as agreed and may not be reduced, offset, or withheld under any circumstances.
- Membership fees are non-refundable, including if the member does not attend or use the facilities.
- Monthly subscriptions are processed via automated billing. A minimum of 3 months written notice is required for any cancellation or freeze request. Failed payments may incur administrative fees and temporary suspension of access until the balance is cleared.
- Membership remains valid the dates set out in Point 4, unless terminated due to a breach of terms.
- If a member repudiates or violates the agreement, AquaPark reserves the right to terminate membership immediately at its discretion.
- Any payments made will remain non-refundable.
7. Use of Facilities at Own Risk
- Participation in swimming, training programmes, or the use of AquaPark facilities and equipment is undertaken at your own risk.
- AquaPark, its staff, and agents will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur while using the facilities.
- AquaPark will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and welfare of members.
- Members remain responsible for any medical or hospital costs incurred as a result of injury.
8. Emergency Medical Treatment
- AquaPark will make reasonable efforts to keep its facilities available, properly maintained, and supervised.
- AquaPark reserves the right to close facilities temporarily or adjust operating hours when necessary.
- Members will be notified in advance of closures or schedule changes where possible.
- Lane space is subject to demand and may be shared with other swimmers.
- Peak times may be busy.
- AquaPark reserves the right to change or discontinue lane schedules at its discretion.
- Members are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
- AquaPark will not be liable for lost, stolen, or unattended items.
- AquaPark will not be responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including acts of God, extreme weather, war, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
- These terms and conditions constitute the full agreement governing AquaPark membership.
