Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of SINGLE ENTRY ACCESS Valid from 1 July 2026

By booking access to AquaPark, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Personal Information

  • You confirm that all personal and payment details provided during the booking process are accurate and valid.
  • You understand the type of access or booking you have selected.

2. Health and Fitness

  • You confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in aquatic or fitness activities at AquaPark.
  • You agree to follow all AquaPark rules, hygiene standards, and conduct guidelines while using the facility.

3. Personal Use Only

  • Access purchased or booked is for your personal use only and may not be transferred to another person.

4. Validity of Access

  • Access is valid only for the single visit specified in your booking.
  • Once payment is processed, you will receive a QR code granting entry to the facility.
  • QR codes are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time booked.

5. Use of Facilities at Own Risk

  • Participation in swimming, training, fitness programmes, or the use of any AquaPark facilities and equipment is undertaken at your own risk.
  • AquaPark, its staff, agents, and partners will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur while using the facilities.
  • AquaPark will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and welfare of all visitors.
  • In the event of injury, you will be responsible for any medical or hospital costs incurred.

6. Emergency Medical Treatment

  • In the event of an emergency, you give permission for AquaPark staff to arrange medical treatment or transport you to a doctor or hospital if necessary.

7. Facility Availability

  • AquaPark will make reasonable efforts to keep facilities available and properly maintained.
  • AquaPark reserves the right to:
      • Close facilities temporarily
      • Adjust operating hours
      • Modify schedules or access times
  • Where possible, advance notice will be provided for closures or schedule changes.

8. Lane Availability

  • Lane space is subject to demand and may be shared with other swimmers.
  • Peak times may be busy.
  • Lane availability and schedules may be adjusted at AquaPark’s discretion.

9. Personal Belongings

  • Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings while at AquaPark.
  • AquaPark will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or unattended items.

10. Force Majeure

AquaPark will not be held responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, war, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

11. Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the full agreement governing access to AquaPark facilities.

Terms and Conditions of Launch Phase Membership Valid until 30 June 2026

By purchasing a membership with AquaPark, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Personal Information

  • You confirm that all personal and banking details provided during registration are accurate and valid.
  • You understand the type of membership you have selected.

2. Health and Fitness

  • You confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in aquatic or fitness activities at AquaPark.
  • You agree to follow all AquaPark rules, regulations, hygiene standards, and conduct guidelines when using the facility.

3. Personal Membership

Membership is issued for your personal use only and may not be transferred to another person.

4. Launch Phase Membership

  • The Launch Phase membership fee must be paid in full in advance at the time of purchase.
  • Launch Phase membership fees are non-refundable, including if the member does not attend or use the facilities.

5. Launch Phase Duration

  • Launch Phase membership access was valid until 30 June 2026.
  • Prior to this date, AquaPark will contact members to discuss full membership options available after the Launch Phase.

6. Payment Terms

  • Membership fees must be paid as agreed and may not be reduced, offset, or withheld under any circumstances.

7. Termination

  • Launch Phase membership remained valid until 30 June 2026, unless terminated due to a breach of these terms.

  • If a member repudiates or violates the agreement, AquaPark reserves the right to terminate membership immediately at its discretion.

  • Any payments made will remain non-refundable.

8. Use of Facilities at Own Risk

  • Participation in swimming, training programmes, or the use of AquaPark facilities and equipment is undertaken at your own risk.

  • AquaPark, its staff, and agents will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur while using the facilities.

  • AquaPark will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and welfare of members.

  • Members remain responsible for any medical or hospital costs incurred as a result of injury.

9. Emergency Medical Treatment

  • In the event of an emergency, you give permission for AquaPark staff to arrange medical treatment or transport you to a doctor or hospital if required.

10. Facility Availability

  • AquaPark will make reasonable efforts to keep its facilities available, properly maintained, and supervised.

  • AquaPark reserves the right to close facilities temporarily or adjust operating hours when necessary.

  • Members will be notified in advance of closures or schedule changes where possible.

11. Lane Availability

  • Lane space is subject to demand and may be shared with other swimmers.

  • Peak times may be busy.

  • AquaPark reserves the right to change or discontinue lane schedules at its discretion.

12. Personal Belongings

  • Members are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

  • AquaPark will not be liable for lost, stolen, or unattended items.

13. Force Majeure

AquaPark will not be responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including acts of God, extreme weather, war, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

14. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the full agreement governing AquaPark membership.
